Returns

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase then please return the item within 30(ish) days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used and saleable condition (including any packaging) for us to provide the full refund. Any noted damage will result in a deduction of the refund amount.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any returned items are carefully wrapped and packaged for return to us as any damage caused during transit will be the responsibility of the customer and will result in a deduction in the refund amount.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be processed and understand that we cannot refund courier costs unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.

Shipping of any returns is the customers responsibility.

If you wish to return your purchase, either sign in to your account and complete the returns form there or contact us at anna@twinsandmore.co.nz and we will provide details on where to send your return.

Whilst all care is taken in the display of item colours, from time to time, and dependant on users technology, colours may vary slightly. If the item you receive does not match the colour expected please feel free to return the item.

Please note: the above does not apply to perishable items or health products which are not returnable. This will be outlined in the product description if applicable.

Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from its journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us at anna@twinsandmore.co.nz and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

Faulty Products
It happens – even with the best of brands! So if and when it does we want to resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

We are happy to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if a product is faulty or not fit for the purpose described. Please contact us as soon as possible on +6421707920 or anna@twinsandmore.co.nz so we can advise you of the best process to get your product fixed or replaced as soon as possible. We understand what an inconvenience this can be for you so aim to make this a top priority until it’s resolved.
